Property group Grosvenor who owns The Liverpool One retail center has revealed the latest tenants for the center.
The British furniture and interior design business, Timothy Oulton, is set to open a 3,200 square feet store at Peter’s Lane on the property. Peter’s Lane in April.
The brand new Timothy Oulton gallery will feature the entire selection of original furniture, including sofas, dining, and bar cabinets, exhibited with home accessories like mirrors, rugs, wall art. It will also feature the entire lighting range.
Managing director Asset management, Grosvenor, Alison Clegg, stated: “Timothy Oulton is another fantastic option for Liverpool One, providing visitors with a tremendous collection of unique, premium household ware and accessories.
“They join Clarendon Fine Art, Rox, Jo Malone, Mint Velvet, Nespresso, and The White Company in reinforcing the status of Peter’s Lane as the region’s leading destination for premium lifestyle brands.”
Tim Oulton, the founder of Timothy Oulton, said: “As part of our global expansion plans for 2022, we’re delighted to announce the opening of a fresh gallery at Liverpool One.
“We’re joining with a variety of similar brand names located on Peter’s Lane, where the ambiance and design of the place is the perfect complement to our emphasis on the hand-crafted focus on detail and top-quality design.
“We’re lucky enough to have some fans of the brand here already, and hopefully, we’ll be able to bring something a little bit different to Liverpool.”
He is originally from Manchester. Tim Oulton started employed in his father’s classic shop, then later acquired the company and shifted it to concentrate on furniture design.
Each piece is created with simple tools and techniques that have been used for centuries. The first store was launched in Los Angeles in 2008, and over 40 galleries are currently located across the globe from New York to Auckland, with a flagship store in London situated at Bluebird. Several additional openings are scheduled for 2022.
The announcement of Timothy Oulton follows the reports of Russell and Bromley signing on South John Street and the opening earlier in the month of Rituals located in South John Street.
